Delivering a small number of industrial projects at any given time, ranging from $10M - $40M in value, they are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of their ongoing projects.
The Role
Commencing and January 2021, a new Industrial development is commencing which now requires a Project Manager to act as Superintendent on, overseeing the appointed D&C contractor. The role will include:
- Lead and Chair Site Meetings with the head contractor
- Reporting to the Directors on project progress
- Lead and mentor a junior Contracts - oversee the variations and RFI on the project
- Manage and oversee project budgets
- Monitor and record the progress of the project, regards financial and construction progress
Summary & who should applyThis role is working within a small boutique property developer, with a solid position in a buoyant industrial market space. They are an established developer within the 5,000 - 20,000 sqm industrial space. The will suit:
- An exisiting Project Manager from within the development or client side space
- A Contracts Administrator from within a industrial building head contractor
- Suitable candidates must have experience with industrial building construction and/or property development
- The succesful candidate will likely have within the 5-10 year experience range, in Construction & Property
