This well experienced Contracts Administrator has 10 years experience in the construction industry. Degree qualified (Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management) this Contracts Administrator has delivered projects to $16M in the local market. His project experience spans age care, commercial builds, retail builds and large hotels and high rise (when overseas). 6 years working for a large scale tier one builder in the middle east, then a move to Melbourne 18 months ago. Since working in Australia, he has delivered one $16M build and a $13M build for a recognisable tier 2 builder. Now the time has come to work in the Melbourne metro region and challenge himself further.
Given his local and international experience, he is well suited to a tier 2 or 3 builder. This Contracts Administrator is comfortable with all elements of the role, and comfortable as the sole CA on the role or working within a team. Skills include:
