Junior to intermediate level Contracts Administrator has worked across the tier 2 and tier 3 head contracting space and for a developer. Graduating with Bachelors of Construction Management in 2017, this Contracts Administrator commenced working for a developer operating within the Age Care space for the first 12 months of his career. Identifying that he needed some more exposure to the contracting space, he joined a large multi-disciplinary tier 2 builder, delivering a number of schools around the $20M mark, under a Senior CA. Suited to both a head contractor or client side/developer role, he is immediately available due to the pandemic lockdown.
His current role sees him responsible for a number of projects, across child care centres, school referbs and some residential developments. Having worked as a junior CA at the larger tier 2 builder, supporting a Senior CA, he now acts as a stand alone CA across multiple projects in the sub $7M level.
With 3 years experience across a variety of project types, having received some good mentorship and having been exposed to both client side and head contracting, this Contracts Administrator has a good foundational level of experience from which to further grow and develop. Key skills include:
