This Registered Architect is looking for a new opportunity working within a Head Contractor, Developer or Client-Side Project Management role. Over the last three to four years, he has been delivering projects within the student accommodation sector, up to around the $80 million mark. His additional tertiary projects include projects up to the $30 million mark for a number of the local Universities - where there has been a range of computer room, laboratory refurbishments, accommodation refurbishments, lecture theatres, or similar types of projects within facility up to 30 million.
He has strong drive to look to add value, solve problems and manage risk. Perfectly comfortable with design and construct projects or negotiated projects. Not only has he a good understanding ‘build-ability’ issues, but also understands the drivers relating to speed and cost against design and project margin.
He likes a holistic view within the design process and enjoys a challenge. He has a real emphasis upon finding a role where he contributes to the business and the projects and overseeing a diverse range of projects is a preference to him.
