Having worked for a large national building contractor, this Design Manager has developed experiences across a variety of construction projects from schools, fit out jobs, institutional buildings, health, hotel, heritage, retail and commercial fit out jobs to the value of $100 million.
The majority of projects have sat within the $20-60 million space, and is very well suited to a top tier commercial builder. Their experiences sit in both front and post at pre-contract, and post contract award. They’re as comfortable working in the design development, bid, and estimating team on the front end as being site-based, working with the foreman site managers and contractors.
An excellent communicator, with a positive working attitude, she's looking to work in a strong team environment, where she can apply her excellent programming skills, delivering design, and construct a variety of contracts for the betterment of the client and the contractor.
