Suited to a tier 2 or tier 3 commercial builders, or a client side Quantity Surveyor, this Senior Contracts Administrator position this Contracts Administrator / Quantity Surveyor has 10 years of Quantity Surveying experience with a MSc in Quantity Surveying. Work experience covers mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing sub-contracting, large concrete structures through to head contracting and client side quantity surveying positions - across commercial buildings and civil/infrastructure projects.
His work experience covers new build structural concrete frames in high rise, with experience in underground stations, rail, retained facades, piling and demolition.
Added to his experience, is two years as a Quantity surveyor, on Civil projects. For a larger tier two head contractor he has delivered commercial builds from $900k - $170M - across both new-build and refurbishment.
