Also a Registered Builder, over the last few years (in addition to working in an employed basis for the well-recognised Home Builder) has also been building and delivering developments in his own time.
Delivering projects within the townhouse space of up to 50 townhouses on a block through to high-end custom homes in the $2-4 million range, this Estimator is perfectly comfortable delivering sales estimating, BOQ estimating or Production Estimating. The bigger the challenge, the more he enjoys the role.
Good communicator and well-presented he is clearly an intelligent individual committed to working hard, but also enjoys the flexibility of working from home on two days a week. Ideally suited to a Residential Builder delivering more challenging projects be that townhouses or custom and high-end homes and in any estimating capacity, this individual is ready to start a new role with a couple of weeks’ notice.
