A vastly experienced Estimator with over 25 years of estimating experience across a variety of projects. Most recently, he has been pricing large-scale concrete structures across multi-level commercial buildings, however, he has experience fit-out, new build, luxury townhouses, as well experience pricing projects within the education, age care, and industrial market sectors.
In addition to his time spent as an Estimator, he's also well versed in Contract Administration and Project Management. As an Estimator, he's comfortable pricing jobs from $500k to $40 million. Suited to Tier two or Tier three builders.
He is a strong communicator and well-presented individual with a great deal of enthusiasm and passion for the industry making him suited to leadership and mentoring roles, or part of an estimating team. Key skills include:
• Estimating skills across Design and Construct and Hard dollar tender
• Project managing and design development
• Contract negotiation
• Preparing and responding to RFIs
• Preparation of cost reports from prelims
• Proficient with Aconex and Procore
