Mechanical Engineer with over 8 years of professional experience, currently working for a large national tier 2 builder. In addition to their Mechanical background, this Site/Project Engineer also has 12 months Facades experience. Exposed to Project Management and Site Engineering across retail, industrial, health, public and private buildings. Having recently made redundant, this Site Engineer is looking for a new role as an Engineer or CA.
Having worked on projects valued from as little as a few hundred thousand through to $100M+, this experienced Site Engineer suits tier 1, 2 or 3 builders. Recent projects include apartments, student accomodation, laboratories and hospital builds.
Specialising in the building services engineering disciplines, this Engineer is comfortable with most elements of Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Hydraulic and Medical Gas Services.
Further, whilst working as a Site Engineer, his experiences also touch upon Contract Admin duties. As such, would consider a Contracts Administrator role or Site/Project Engineering position. Skills include:
- Procurement of building services and facades/curtain walling
- Quality Assurance & ITP checks
- PC2 Laboratories
- Fit-out and new build projects
- Liaison with external engineers and consultants
- Design and construction management
