A vastly experienced Project Manager or Senior Site Manager candidate, with a wealth of experience of over 25 years in the industrial, warehousing and processing/manufacture or logistics construction project types. He has delivered projects into the multi hundreds of millions of dollars, but more recently he has been delivering jobs in the sub $15 million dollar level.
With over 25 years of experience, he is well suited in a mentoring within a team environment where his experiences, technical and construction aptitude can help develop less experienced construction professionals.
Having progressed through the ranks within a variety of industrial type construction projects, his knowledge spans into highly technical engineering/logistic sites or more basic construction projects across a variety of building types. He is now seeking a mid to senior level construction role, either a Senior Site Manager, Site Manager, or Project Manager.
Key duties include:
• Overall project and budget management
• Leading design for construction and documentation
• Subcontract letting and management of contracts
• Production of construction, planning, programming, monitoring and tracking training and developing Junior construction professionals.
• Chairing PCG meetings, and general financial reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
