A versatile Site Supervisor based in the Geelong area is looking to step into a townhouse or commercial builder, preferably to deliver challenging projects up to $5 million. He has worked delivering townhouse developments, volume homes, small scale commercial developments in the age care / community care and country club developments, up to about $5 million.
He is a well presented and intelligent Site Supervisor who is perfectly comfortable in a Site Supervisory role. Perhaps if the opportunity presents itself to step into a Construction Manager role, he would consider it, but not for probably around five years.
He is looking to step into a permanent role as a Supervisor within the next month or two and has a two-week notice period. His key skills include:
