This Site Supervisor is well-suited to the residential townhouse building space or commercial construction. Having run his own business for the last 11 years, more recently, he has been stepping into commercial construction works, but historically has been delivering a variety of subcontracted packages to the medium and high-end home, or townhouse building space.
He is very articulate, clearly intelligent, presents fantastically well, certainly won't let down his next employer, given his breadth of experience running his own business, and the responsibility that he takes upon himself. Having gathered more experience recently in the commercial construction industry, he is looking for a role as a Supervisor or Foreman, building commercial or townhouse builds.
A carpenter by trade, he has 15 years of industry experience, and is ready to step into an employed position with a well-established Builder, well suited to stepping into the townhouse building sector, or working as a Site manager or Foreman on projects in the sub $5 million space. Key skills include:
• Subcontract, carpentry, framing, cladding, and all internal fit out works
• Coordinating trades
• Reviewing design and documentation
• Project management from start to finish
• Presentation and speaking with clients, developers, consulting engineering firms
• Project report writing and analysis
• Scheduling of works.
