With three decades in the game, this Project Manager has held leadership roles across both Tier 1 and Tier 3 contractors in New Zealand and in Australia. Currently overseeing a 20+ strong team (5 PMs, 5 CAs and multiple site staff), they balance delivery oversight, procurement strategy, contract negotiation and commercial risk management across multiple projects ranging from complex hospital and university refurbishments to high-end hospitality builds. Equally comfortable resolving latent defect risks as managing ECI and design novation processes. A former QS turned PM turned Construction Manager, this candidate knows where the dollars are made—and lost.
