This Client-Side Contract Administrator has three years of experience working within a small developer, overseeing a variety of projects working alongside a Project Manager. Projects include commercial and mixed-use as well as townhouse developments.
Having qualified as a Bachelor in Architecture and a Master’s in Architecture, she has recently moved to Melbourne from Adelaide, seeking an immediate start.
Well suited to either a Client-Side Project Management company or a Developer, she has worked closely with Directors and Project Managers in a former organization, and so, been well mentored, coached, and developed across the duties of a Contract Administrator. Key skills include:
- Providing feasibility and due diligence reports to investors and stakeholders
- Producing preparing briefs scopes of work and procurement schedules
- Sending out expressions of interest (EOI) to Architects and other Contractors
- Act as the liaison between the developer, architectural firm, and local councils
- Facilitate resolutions of contract issues and approval status
