Supplying both Head Contractors and specialist Subcontractors, in New Build and Fit-out projects - site base leadership roles through to technical office based roles in Design, Estimating, Coordination, Contracts/Commercial. We also undertake retained work to deliver General Manager, Construciton Manager and Director roles.
Project Management and Quantity Surveying
Providing recruitment solutions across Client-Side, Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors. Regardless of project types, size and stature of the professional services property clients, we offer contingent recruitment services for junior and mid-level roles, retained services for more senior level positions, including Divisional Leadership and Director level jobs.

Our Founder and Director Martin Preece, began his recruitment career in the UK in 2005 and has successfully led teams and placed candidates into a variety of roles across almost every sector of the Built Environment.
Building Environs was founded in 2020 with the vision of providing employers with robust and effective recruitment solutions, through a personal and dependable approach. We've moved away from the recruitment industry 'norm' of providing 'quick wins' and transactional recruitment. We focus on adding value, supporting the client's business and investing our time in making their businesses stronger.
