Martin began his recruitment career in the UK in 2005 and has successfully led teams and placed candidates into a variety of roles across almost every sector of the Built Environment since - including commercial and residential construction, civil infrastructure, building and civil engineering, mining, property development, architecture and facilities management.
Since arriving in Australia in 2010, he has been fortunate enough to lead and work alongside some of the best recruiters in the Built Environment recruitment sectors of Australia. Martin has managed different recruitment offices in several States, coached and mentored teams of recruiters and, at the same time, worked closely with his own clients to place high quality talent into those companies.
Having met with and worked on behalf of hundreds of clients and candidates during his near 20 year career, Martin has grown an enviable network of contacts, developed a deep understanding of the recruitment process and is adept and experienced in applying the craft of recruitment to the recruitment process.

With over two years of dedicated experience in the recruitment sector, Dee has honed her skills as a Selection Criteria Writer and Interview Coach. Her personalized approach involves crafting superior job application documents and providing invaluable mentorship, ensuring candidates not only meet but exceed their potential during the selection and interview processes.
Dee's versatility extends to being an adept Interview Scribe, contributing her expertise to numerous public sector interview panels. As a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist, she has successfully sourced top-tier talent to help our clients attract high performers, making her a valuable asset to our team, and our client's businesses.

Geoff loves matching excellent top talent, be those Contract Administrators looking to progress their careers, or Project Managers developing their exposure to larger scale and more complex projects. All in all, he's been and boosting Head Contractors' abilities to deliver better projects, for decades!
Geoff has joined Building Environs Recruitment at a growth point in our development, to replicate in South East Queensland, the successful business model that we've established in Victoria.
Having worked within the industry as a Project Manager, he understands the pressures and demands associated with performing in the industry, in fact, a well-known building for which he was Project Manager was the fast tracked, innovative, cold-formed steel framed woodchop building at the Melbourne Showgrounds.
He has previously established “pipelines” of Contract Administrators and Project Managers for leading Commercial Building and Resources Companies, and delivers a similar function for our clients and the network of talent we partner with, on the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast & Brisbane.
