Roberts Co has been appointed by Holder East to construct Oasis Residences at 1-13 Cobden Street, South Melbourne.

Designed by Hayball architects, the premium residential project will include 158 residential apartments and 97 serviced apartments over 18 storeys.

Premium amenities at the site will include a rooftop infinity pool, private cinema, 2-storey ceiling height library, conference room, bar lounge, formal dining room with fully functioning kitchen, designated kids play area, piano room, and a 100sqm gym. Construction will commence in November 2022.

The win comes as Roberts Co appoints a new chief executive officer, Matthew Bourne. Bourne will replace Alison Mirams, who has led the company since 2017 and oversaw the introduction of the five-day working week – a ground-breaking move towards flexibility that also delivered productivity gains.
