This candidate is a highly experienced and qualified Senior Site Manager with a proven track record of success in delivering complex projects over $100M, on time and within budget. He has a deep understanding of the construction industry, and he is skilled in all aspects of site management, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and procurement.
He is also a strong leader and motivator, and he is able to build and maintain high-performing teams.
The candidate has over 10 years of experience as a Site Manager and has worked on a wide variety of large-scale projects in the top-tier space, including commercial buildings, residential buildings, and infrastructure projects with project values as high as $800M.
He is currently seeking a Senior Site Manager role in the Tier 1 or Tier 2 tower building market.
