Property developer GURNERTM has announced it will build five ultra-luxury mega mansions as part of its Huntingtower Place project.

With a project cost of $35 million, each home is inspired by the luxury estates of Los Angeles. They will be fully-customised by their future owners, and come with a starting price of $5.5 million. Two of the homes have already sold.

GURNERTM’s Design House is collaborating with Wolveridge Architects for the design, which will feature lots of natural light, soft hues and seamless links between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The largest property – dubbed “The Mansion” – will boast 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a sunken pool, a private chipping and putting green, and a 150 square metre main bedroom with living space, fireplace, outdoor spa and custom wardrobe. The asking price? A cool $14.5 million.

The project is slated to begin in September. It heralds the next evolution of GURNERTM Boutique – which offers a bespoke service for high-end homes.
