A seasoned Estimator, with 10 years + experience pricing apartments, pharma, education, universities, commercial buildings and much more besides, up to the $120M level. In more recent roles he has worked as an Estimating Manager, leading a team of intermediate and Senior Estimators to price and win complex pharmaceutical or data centre projects.
With qualifications in Civil Engineering, and commencing his career in infrastructure projects, over the last decade he has developed an excellent reputation for developing high-quality, successful estimating teams – coaching and mentoring Junior Estimators, developing their knowledge and capability.
Currently applying his skills within a well-known Tier 2 commercial builder here in Melbourne, he is open to securing a role within a Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder as Estimating Manager, or as a minimum, a Senior Estimator role with a clear pathway to Estimating Management.
He is ideally suited to larger Tier 3 builders, or mid-sized Tier 2 commercial building head contractors.
