With 10+ years in the industry, including six years in Tier 1 offshore and another five across Tier 3 health, industrial, and retail builds, he’s been running project financials from earthworks to final accounts. From $10M aged care jobs to a $25M print factory, he’s owned cost tracking, claims, subcontractor negotiations, and reporting, and he knows how to spot commercial risk early.
