Well suited to any tier of builder, with new build or fit-out projects in their pipeline, this Bid Manager has supported the Estimating team to win over $200M worth of work, in the last 3 years.
A bright, articulate character this Bid Manager works closely with the Estimating and Business Development team to manage expressions of interest (EOI’s) across a variety of builds, from age care, residential and commercial developments, through to education builds, sports facilities, and community buildings.
Ideally seeking the security of a permanent role, this Bid Manager is also open to working on a project-to-project basis, stepping into builders, developers, or architectural firms to work on an important Bid or proposal, to win new work. Skills include:
- Management of tender submissions
- Collaboration with business development and estimating teams
- Design and management of all business marketing material and collateral
- Management of websites and social media platforms
- Engagement and management of external media publications, industry award entries, and company branding
