Client Side Project Manager (Govt. & Institutional Projects)

This likeable and engaging Client-Side Project Manager has five years of experience working with a well-regarded Project Management consultancy here in Melbourne.

She has a background in law but moved into client-side project managing in 2017 where upon she has delivered a variety of projects, mostly within the Government (State & Federal) project space.

Within her portfolio of Government & Institutional projects, she has delivered multiple small scale fit out projects and he’s accustomed to spinning the many plates it requires to deliver fast-paced projects – that said, she most recently delivered a project in excess of $100 million and successfully worked with a variety of challenging stakeholders across the large scale institutional clients and worked with highly regarded Tier one building contractors.

The high-quality Client-Side Project Manager is seeking a role and is well suited to a position within a medium to large client-side project management consultancy, who delivers projects within the $1M to $100M value space across Institutional, State, and Federal Government project space. Key skills include:

• Stakeholder management
• Project coordination
• Project scheduling and budget management
• Writing and assessing head contractor tender submissions
• Coordination of stakeholders including Architects and Engineers
• Accustomed to both fast-paced smaller value projects, and complex large-scale projects
