Client-Side Project Manager | Mixed Use Residential

This candidate holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management (Hons), a Diploma of Building and Construction, and a Certificate IV in Building and Construction. With over 10 years of industry experience, he has advanced from an onsite carpenter to his current role as a Client-Side Project Manager, overseeing high-value commercial and residential projects – and has worked for both a Consulting Project Management firm, and a Property Developer (as a PM).

Throughout his career, he has delivered a diverse range of projects. These include high-end residential builds valued below $10M, through to multi-level apartment developments up to $140M, and complex mixed-use projects worth $650M. He has led projects through all phases, from tendering to final delivery, including challenging developments like a heritage-listed building and large-scale retail and residential precincts.

In his most recent roles, he has managed client-side and superintendent responsibilities, coordinating entire project lifecycles, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality assurance.
