An experienced construction professional, this Contracts Manager is confident in a variety of aspects of commercial management, project delivery, and contractual dispute resolution.

With over 25 years of experience in commercial construction, this Contracts Manager has a Quantity Surveying background both internationally (London) and has worked across some reputable Tier 2 and 3 builders since arriving in Melbourne 20 years ago.

In that time he has overseen the delivery of Age Care, residential, and retail builds.  Suited to a builder in the Tier 2 space as a Senior CA or Contracts Manager, he could also offer real value within the Tier 3 or 4 space, within builders who are looking for some detailed commercial acumen and for someone to introduce systems and procedures to support existing teams and to introduce some rigor within project reporting and contract administration.

Having managed and developed teams of Contracts Administrators, this Contacts Manager is adept within procurement, risk mitigation, legal claims management, and cost reporting.  This Contracts Manager is available on a Permanent basis or will consider contract roles where he can offer shorter-term solutions to builders’ problems – either principal contractors or sub-contractors.  Other skills include:
