This candidate is a methodical and results-driven Estimator with over 12 years of experience in competitive tendering and project costing across commercial, residential, modular, and civil construction environments. With a background in mechanical engineering and estimating experience across Tier 3 contractors, modular builders, and specialty trade suppliers, they bring precision, clarity, and strong communication to every tender.
Most recently operating in a senior estimating role with a Tier 3 head contractor, they have led the successful tendering of multi-residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects ranging from $28M to $42M in value. Prior to this, they worked on government-funded modular education and healthcare builds, securing high-profile D&C tenders in remote and regional areas. Earlier experience includes remediation, industrial coatings, and detailed structural estimates for specialist subcontractors.
They are highly proficient with Cubit, Bluebeam Revu, EstimateOne, and Microsoft Excel, and they maintain strong subcontractor relationships and an up-to-date unit rate database.
