Fitout Estimator

An experienced Fit-out Estimator with over 20 years within the industry working for a number of recognized Melbourne fit-out contractors and adding, more recently, project management to his skill set.

As a Project Manager, over the last two years, he has been working for a State Government agency, delivering in excess of 20 new build school projects.

As an Estimator, he has experience in pricing and winning projects across retail, commercial, hospitality, aged care, sports centers, and mixed-use developments – comfortable within the $500k – $20M values.

A likable, witty, and enjoyable candidate to spend time with, he has a Diploma in Architecture to form the basis of his career, initially in design and over the last 10 years more within the estimating sphere.

Project values range anything from $2M to $20M across the above-mentioned project types, including corporate rollout fit-out projects and traditional refurbishment works.

He is suited and open to Client Side Project Management or Head Contractor Estimating roles. Key skills include:

• Experienced Estimator and project management skills
• Highly proficient with IT platforms such as Cubit, Buildsoft, EstimateOne, and the usual Microsoft programs
• Well-versed in dealing with trades
• Experience across a variety of project types
• Comfortable with Design and Design development – as a Project Manager
• Happy multi-tasking and managing a large volume of work
