Having recently been working with one of Melbourne’s most well-respected local builder developers, his career was fast-tracked until the pandemic kicked in.
He had spent the last 12 months delivering a large volume of townhouses and apartments on a geologically difficult site.
Prior to this most recent position, he was working as a smaller builder as a dual Foreman/Coordinator before then being seconded to the developer to complete the works – he was the person on site so held multiple roles, including undertaking the contract administration, design management, and site supervision – he was under the pump, but a great deal from the experience and had some excellent references.
This was a $4M D&C 12 luxury apartments build. With a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Landscape Architecture, and Urban Design, this versatile, intellect, and committed candidate can turn his hand to a variety of roles and will likely progress to Project Management. His skills include:
