Junior Contract Administrator | New Build

This candidate is an emerging Contract Administrator with a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) and several years of hands-on experience in estimating, subcontractor coordination, and project logistics. Currently working for a Tier 3/4 subcontractor, they are seeking to transition to the builder side, aiming to grow their skills under more structured mentorship and larger project scopes.

Their experience spans plastering, framing, and finishes on apartment, education, and healthcare projects ranging from $5M to $25M. Notable works include a youth health centre, a high-end apartment development, and a three-storey school facility with decorative finishes. They have been responsible for quantity take-offs, preparing variations and claims, construction feasibility, tender prep, contract support, and on-site coordination. Previous experience includes conveyancing support and time on the tools as a residential carpenter.

They have received positive feedback for their initiative, strong documentation, and ability to learn quickly under pressure.
