This Project Manager has been working within the townhouse building multi-residential sector for the last five years. With a Bachelor of Architecture and graduated over 5 years ago, she has since worked for two builders, initially commencing as a Coordinator, taking projects through the planning and permitting phase whilst over the last three years, working as a Project Manager.
Over the past 5 years, she has delivered in excess of $130 million worth of new build townhouse projects. Focussed, hardworking, committed, and with a steely determination to deliver high-quality projects within forecasted budgets and timeframes, she is seeking our opportunity to apply the knowledge of large townhouse building projects, but stepping into Client-Side Project Management or a role within a developer. Key skills include:
- Monitoring of construction project and project margin
- Forecasting cash flow and project revenue
- Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risk
- Client communication and engagement
- Procurement of trades, subcontracts, and all suppliers
