Project Manager | Tier 2 or Tier 3 | PLACED

This commercially astute Project Manager has delivered a diverse range of projects from contract award, to completion.  He has 20 years of construction experience, developing from a trade background into his current Senior Project Management position.

He is well suited to a Tier 2 or 3 builder, who deliver projects with the $10M – $40M bracket, he has delivered schools, student accommodation, hotels, commercial offices, new build and refurbishment projects, airport works, sports and leisure buildings, and large health fit-out projects.

Having commenced his career in the UK on the tools, he worked on a variety of refurbishment and fit-out projects before stepping into site management for a Tier 1 builder there.

As he developed his experience, his natural intelligence, calm manner, and hard-working characteristics saw him progress into Project Management and Project Leader on medium-valued projects.

Since his arrival in Australia, he has worked as a Project Manager to deliver projects within the $20M-$30M bracket.  His key skills include:

• Planning and programming works
• Supporting estimating teams with technical knowledge
• Preparation of budgets and forecasting
• Management of planning conditions, building permits, and council permits
• Negotiation of all trade packages for both new build and fit-out projects
• Design and construction management
