They also have strong skills in stakeholder management and client servicing, communication and conflict resolution, as well as teamwork.
With their experience as a Quantity Surveyor at one of the most highly regarded national Quantity Surveying and Project Management firms, the candidate has demonstrated expertise in construction cost planning and estimating, as well as post-contract cost control. They have worked on various projects, providing contract administration services, cost management, and reporting during project construction phases ranging from $10M to $120M.
Having gained roughly 4 years of experience within their current consulting QS role, she is seeking a site-based role within a head contractor where she can gain more understanding of how projects are pieced together, and to apply her QS experiences to add value to her new CA role.
He is currently seeking a Head Contractor Contract Administrator role – ideally in the Tier 2 or top Tier 3 space.
