This candidate is an experienced Construction Contract Administrator with a technical background in civil engineering. He possesses problem-solving skills and effective task management methods to mitigate risks and complete projects within agreed budgets and timelines. 

Project Values range from $2M – $17M in value including fit-out and newbuild within shopping centres, supermarkets, residential, and townhouses 

Their education includes a Diploma and Certificate in Building and Construction (Building). They have worked for several companies, including a large Industrial Fit out Refurb and Tier 3 companies. As a Contracts Administrator, they have been responsible for coordinating and managing projects, ensuring that subcontractors understand and comply with company standards, and negotiating contract terms with business partners. They have also prepared cost reports and engaged with stakeholders effectively.
