This candidate is a qualified civil engineer with over a decade of experience in estimating and cost planning across a wide range of sectors, including residential building (apartments), commercial, aged care, education, and healthcare projects.
In her current role as a Senior Estimator (joining as an Estimator), she has been involved in a diverse array of projects. These projects have included upgrades, residential complexes, townhouses, recreation centres, aged care facilities, educational institutions, office spaces, and more, with project values ranging from $10M to $70M.
Over the years, this candidate has taken on increasingly responsible roles – rising from smaller mid-tier builders, to the current role in one of the leading multidisciplinary builders in Melbourne. With a wide range of experiences in this space, the candidate is well suited to top tier builders, either Tier 1 where she can gain more exposure to bigger value projects, or slipping easily into a large Tier 2 builder.
