Senior Project Manager | Industrial & Commercial

A vastly experienced Senior Project Manager, who has also held the job title of Construction Manager and has experiences in delivering and leading teams across the commercial construction spaces of industrial projects between $1M to $60M, apartment buildings between $5M to $30M.

He has run his own sub-contracting firm for seven years, as well as worked across the EPCM space in addition to the last 15 years within the head contracting sector.

Well-versed in both design and construct and construct only contracts, he is a registered commercial builder in addition to an Associate Diploma in Construction Management and a Diploma in Property in addition to embarking on his Masters of Business Administration (MBA).

A thorough hands-on management experience across the DNC sector and into a good leader and an advocate for coaching and mentoring of junior staff, he is well suited to Tier two and Tier three builders as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager and also a Construction Manager within the right organization. Key skills include:

• Demonstrated experience in controlling budgets in excess of $60 million
• Negotiation and people influencing skills
• Cost management and full financial profit and loss responsibility
• Well-versed in risk management and the ability to increase profit and reduced risk
• Experiences in Business Management, Operations Management, and formulating and implementing business plans
