Piccolo has paid a whopping $35 million for 18 Barry Street Kew – an 8,475 sqm site that will soon become the home of the company’s latest development.

Piccolo will transform the site into Piccolo House, a collection of luxury residences designed by Woods Bagot, with interior design by Hecker Guthrie.

Michael Piccolo, Managing Director of Piccolo, expressed the company’s delight at the purchase.

‘Our team at Piccolo couldn’t be more delighted to announce the successful acquisition of this highly contested and AAA-rated site.

‘Right from the beginning, we saw this property as a perfect fit for Piccolo. Surrounded by tranquil streets and stunning vistas, its scale, liveability, and character tick all the boxes for us.’

The site currently houses a former residential aged care facility. It was sold by Colliers through an EOI process.
