This week, I had the pleasure of speaking with Eliza Carbines, the Founding Director of Tender Relief.  Eliza brings a wealth of experience in tender and bid management, spanning across various industries, including the built environment.  Around four and a half to five years ago, she established her own business in Western Australia, specializing in understanding procurement requirements and providing tender process management to secure project wins.
